This is a simply sensational raspberry red vintage dress from designer Frank Usher of London! This is a rare early design of Usher's from the 1950's and it has the very rare black Frank Usher label, which was his first.
The dress is made of rows of draped silk chiffon pleated at an angle. It is lined with muslin and has built in "boning" and built in hoops for the wide skirt.
This dress has exceptional details and closes with a zipper in the back. It is in excellent condition, with only a few minor snags and a very small repair on inside of bodice. None are noticeable while wearing. I would estimate that the dress fits a modern day size 4 but please use the measurements provided for the best fit.
